The apartment is in an excellent location at 1500m in La Tzoumaz with direct access to Verbier and the entire 4 Vallées Ski Area with around 400kms of piste and 100 lifts. Most local amenities are within walking distance.

The apartment living area has an open plan kitchen, dining area and seating for up to 8 people with a comfortable lounge area, log burning fire, music system and flat-screen TV/ the living area has sofa seating for at least 8 people and includes a double bed-settee, for extra sleeping accommodation if required.

The large balcony accessed from the living area has spectacular views across the Sion Valley, snow capped mountains, and beyond.

The apartment is furnished to a high standard throughout, the kitchen facilities include oven, electric hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer and all necessary kitchen equipment.

An underground secure parking space is provided, with lift access to the apartment.

A great feature is the funicular lift that provides direct access onto the ski slopes and the main rapid gondola lift just 200m away. Secure dry ski and boot storage is also provided for 8 people adjacent to the funicular lift in the basement.
